The BIOS allows for plenty of frequency modification. Control is limited for the various chipset voltages, but the memory voltage can be cranked up by 0.75V and CPU voltage by 0.6V (the CPU can also be undervolted by the same degree).

There appears to be fan control for both of the PWM fan headers, but there are no customizable settings in the BIOS, only an on/off toggle for each.
