You saw the exhaust fan on the previous page; here is the intake fan. Yes, it has two fans working in straight push-pull configuration.
Because of the extra 80mm fan, it is at least inch longer than most ATX PSUs, as the photo below shows. This should pose no serious issues with most cases unless the front-to-back dimension is unusually small.

There is one set of small vents on the other side but they are blocked off. The air flows from one side straight out the back. It is the most efficient way to utilize the extra pressure provided by two fans in push-pull mode.
