EXTERNAL TOUR
A metallic dark gray finish is what we see on the outside of the X-Pro. It
looks serious and businesslike.
Note vents on the side.
A single 120mm fan draws air into the power supply from below,
blows it across the heatsinks, then out the hex-stamped back grill. A simple
wire grill protects the fan while providing low resistance to the airflow.
As you can see in the photos above and below, there are two sets
of slot vents that allow air exhaust other than out the back. Such vents are
usually to improve airflow for hot components positioned near a closed enclosure
wall. This means that some of the hot air from the PSU will be expelled into
the computer case. The heat spillover may require some additional airflow for
other components.
The vents on the back will also let heat escape into the case.

Online Certifications Directory tells us that the power supply is built
by Andyson International, an electronics manufacturer based in Taiwan. We have
no previous experience with Andyson products; the previous X-infinity was made
by another company, Wintech Electronics.
OUTPUT CABLES
The main output cables are sleeved; the rest are black plastic insulated. No color coding here.
Nine cable sets come attached to the X-Pro with plenty of connectors for most
systems. The absence of color-coded wires seems odd but should not present most
any problem.
