ASSEMBLY CONTINUED

Once the motherboard and hard drive are secured to the tray, it gets even easier. The enclosure itself requires very little preparation, aside from screwing in the power board.

The DC-DC converter board is secured to the far right side of the enclosure (when looking at it from the front).

The board and drive slide in and are secured with only two screws. Plug in all the cable connectors to the proper headers/slots and you're in business.

The two hex screws on each side of the VGA port have to be installed manually after the board is in place.

The entire system weighed approximately 530 grams.

The top of the case has a nice shine — a magnet for finger prints. As there is no space for an optical drive, we installed XP using an external optical drive.
