Standard stuff is fine but make sure you cover the foam, you never know if it will react with the paint, in particular if the paint is solvent based, if it is water based then it is a non-issue.

Should work. Melamine is a polar plastic, meaning it does have positive or negative loading on the surface and that will make the pigments in the paint stick to the surface. I've had strange buzzing noises in my at PC one time, turned out to be the mosfets ( the doughnut shaped things with the coils around them) in my PSU. The coils around them started swinging under certain load, used some high stable hot glue and totaly covered them up, noise gone.

Hmm I've now ran into something fairly interessting.. installed 2 x 120mm nexus fans in the duct and put a 92mm fant in the normal 80mm hole (just put it there for now, havent done anything to the hole in the case yet). Nice review. I do have that case and I am pretty happy with it. I made some changes to it. I replaced the 80 mm fan with a 92mm fan by modifying that fan cage. First I had the 92mm fan right at the case front but my case temps went up at least 3C, after I put the 92 mm in the cage the temp went 2C b...
