Matija's right - unless you only ever want the homepage to be indexed by search engines, you need individual URLs for each page. Not having to load the whole code for each page is all well and good, but I like to use the back button! Also, your technique doesn't work when javascript is disabled. ang...

I too suspect that eSATA===SATA with a better plug and better cable isn't quite the full story... Last week I bought a WD5000AAKS, to replace my 5000KS, relegating the KS to backup of the AAKS, using an MX-1 to house the KS. The BIOS of my Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard (using the nVidia SATA ports...

multiple A records

take a look at DNS Stuff's report (scroll right down to the "WWW" bit at the bottom) - you appear to have two A records for mbr4.com which I think means the DNS server will randomly give out one or the other when queried (I'm no expert on DNS, but I know a little). DNS Stuff says that 5.132.64.233 i...

Asus also claims that this is a AMD Commercial Stable Image Platform and NVIDIA Business Platform board. I'm sure those are just marketing terms, but I take it that the board is designed with stability in mind. I think they're a promise that the same hardware will be available for a long time, so t...

I don't really think the order matters that much - after all, if you decide that, say, CPU drivers should be installed before chipset drivers, and then a new CPU driver is released you're going to end up with a CPU driver that was installed later than the chipset drivers. Unless you reinstall the ch...

my Belkin works fine with my S12-430, and the 400W Super Tornado I used previously. The UPS' specs sheet describes its output as "Simulated Sine Wave".

I think it's not necessarily the case that an 8x card would work in a 16x slot. See this post on storagereview. It looks like 1x cards should work in any slot, all cards should work in a slot of the same width, slower cards might work in faster slots, and faster cards won't work in slower slots. It ...

As I recall, Highpoint's e.SATA uses a firewire-type connector for the external link. A good idea as it's obviously suitable for external connections, but a bad idea in case some idiot connects a firewire device to SATA or vice-versa! Methings that "eSATA" was a poor choice of name for the official ...

ilh, Hotswap is working nicely on my Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe with a Seagate 7200.8 HD, at least since the 6.39 nForce driver (it didn;t play nicely with the previous driver, but the ones labelled "nForce4 standalone kit" have done the job. I haven't had any data corruption problems with it yet. Another ...
