I don't have this motherboard to test but all the recent Intel board behave like this, so I agree with jojo4u.

And the temp and responsiveness settings are present when I opened the bios in the ITK :

Hi !

It's really strange that your motherboard didn't report the 3 pins rpm. I'm a computer builder, use only Intel Motherboard, and always have the rpm for the fans connected to these 3 pins connectors.
