thanks for the reply... i knwo the HD's are connected directly to the aquadrive system but i am thinking there will be enough room to sufficient decouple the aquadrive from the case.... via grommets.... also, i think the case i will be going for is the CM Stacker... or even the new Stacker 830 when ...

i dont think the actual drives can be decoupled in the enclosure... but the enclosure should be able to be decoupled from the case...

thanks for the info... the reason i ask about cooling HD's is trying to silence a Raptor can be a pain... however i could put the raptors in a enclosed watercooled box like the SilentStar Dual or the Aqua Drive and it shold be almost silent... rather than a raptor buzzing away trying to be cooled by...
