New Seagates (i would think that this applies to all harddrives) calibrates itself , the sound should go away after a few days/weeks depending on how long the harddrive is on.

Nice system :)

The stock GPU heatsinks usually needs a little twist to loosen. Unscrew all screws and twist the heatsink slightly, use caution and check so there aren´t any components on the PCB that may interfere with twisting the heatsink.
