Re: removing rear fan on SLK3000B

Is this a fairly easy change to make? I would like to use a nexus 120mm fan on the rear panel instead of the stock tricool fan, I looked through the gallery and couldn't find any pics of anybody who has done this, but I"m sure somebody has before ... any tips? Yes it can be done. Just yesterday I w...

Are you tossing the 3000B on those issues? You must have an excellent budget  What's your price for the case second-hand? Sorry, no suggestions for case, if I was into a new case, the 3000B would definitely be on my list. It comes w/o PSU, has a well oriented HDD cage, and the side cover ven...

Thanks much. Would you still recommend the S12-380 over the super silencer 400?

Need case recommendation

Hello, I just received an Antec SLK3000B in the mail for my new PC. I bought it based on the fact that it's silentPCreview recommended and its pretty cheap. After examining it I have two issues. First, I would like to have a headphone jack in addition to the two USB ports. Second, the plastic front ...

Thanks and product review proposal

Hi All, I stumbled across silentPCreview while searching for a power supply for my socket 939 nF4 ultra board. Thanks to Mike C's review of the Sea Sonic PSU's, I just ordered an S12-430. Prior to that I never paid much attention to fan noise nor did I ever care (or know about) efficiency. I'm sure ...
