Is it possible that PSU's heat sensor is too near something very warm component? I've heard something like that.

Howdy! I think something is very very wrong now... I have this Nexus Breeze Case with NX-4090 PSU. Everest, SiSoft Sandra and BIOS tells that PSU Fan run's over 3000 RPM!! I's this normal?
