I'd go with an Asus A8N premium. I have the board currently with a Seasonic S12 500W and its running like a dream. It has a passive northbridge so you don't have the annoyance of the DFI northbridge fan anymore. I used to have a Lanparty until it was killed by my Seasonic

thanks for the replies guys. i looked at the review and it looks like the reviewer for the P180 snakes the 4 pin power adapter around the pci slots. is this what you guys are doing? do you think if i were to do this it would cause some interference since the wires are running right over the mobo?

The cables barely fits. You'll have to run it over the PCI-slots to fit it or get extenders. I belive they showed the problem in the review of P180 on this site.
