The Abit K8N SLI Motherboard I have seems to do the trick. It has a passive northbridge and fits a XP-120.

Also works with my Anetr Neo HE430, at least with my 6800GS plugged in :)

Got my Neo HE430 to work after I hooked up 12V lines from opposite ends of the removable connectors to my 6800GS video card. Until then I had no power up at all.

I was able to get my computer working last night. I powered the additional 12V connector on the motherboard as well as splitting the rails and using both connections to power the graphics card.
