Isn't this a reason to get a socket 939 X2? There all the "good undervoltable" CPU haven't been sorted out to be sold as EE, so if you're lucky enough, you'll get your EE for free.

I have a handful of those Papst that were tested. I love those fans. Ramp down very well and no clicking. Expensive though. The ones I can see in the pics are Chemi-Con. Very nice. And Luxon is the absolute bottom of the barrel in Taiwanese crap.
