While it's great to see a relative newcomer entering the case market, I think I'd still wait for the Lian Li PC-Q08 ( http://www.lian-li.com/v2/en/product/product06.php?pr_index=480&cl_index=1&sc_index=25&ss_index=63 ). Not only does it maintain the 6 drive bays (great for a WHS!) it also has a norm...

Liking the new design, however the issue with the top fan seems so completely avoidable on Antec's part; I wonder if they could scramble some silicon stickers (like the ones in the PSU chamber) into the next batch of cases to try and dampen the noise. It's a pity Antec didn't ask you to help them ou...

I can answer a question you pose in the review: We know that a dual-core Atom is coming. Will there be an Eee Box with a dual-core Atom? Probably. Will it play 1080 resolution clips? We don't know, but many people won't care. No. Unless the application being used to decode was multithreaded, you'll ...

These look phenominal; look forward to seeing more, possibly with Core2Quad support? .
Short of a PCI-E 16x slot it's missing nothing, and even then the size makes up for it.

Core 2 Duo supposedly has a slightly higher TDP so assuming everything stays the same, it might be slightly louder - not taking into account the increase in processing power that might prevent the fans from spinning too high as it completes tasks faster. I'd say wait for the reviews, and see if Mero...

I've built a number of PCs with this motherboard and can confirm that this behavior is normal - all are still going strong and have no stability problems that can be related to the chipset. Regarding replacing the heatsink: I wouldn't recommend it. Depending on the supplier that supplied the place y...
