In terms of the higher power consumption....I do not think it has to do with the audio processor. As far as I know, the 3850 ALSO has this feature. http://ati.amd.com/products/Radeonhd3800/index.html All 3800 series have the integrated HD audio processor. I find it VERY odd that the 3650 is using mo...

I would be sure that there are NO un-used standoffs UNDER the motherboard though, as they can short out your board. I did this by accident with my Asus Maximus Formula SE, there was 1 extra standoff under the board that I forgot to remove, and now the board will not boot if there is a videocard in t...

Here at FrontierPC, we ordered 50 of them from Scythe US, and every single one came with the fan broken! The new Slipstreams are very flimsy. They sent us a box of S-Flex instead

Well, there should be no prying involved. You should only have to take un-do the screws from the back of the card, and from there the cooler should come right off.

I have some of the 800RPM and 1200 RPM models here, and I will run some tests shortly. I did the old "put hand behind fan" test, and I am shocked at how much air these really move at such quiet noise levels. Can't wait to see performance on a Infinity or TR Ultra120Xtreme.

You should grab some of the Scythe Mineba 92mm's, there are some in stock and on sale at NCIX I believe. Also, try the 92mm Antec Tricool DBB. I use them in my Titan 550 case, and they seem relatively decent on the low setting. I would like to see if it would be worth upgrading to the Scythe's thoug...

I thought I'd just throw my 2 cents in here. I have the Mine, and in an Antec TX1050, with all the fans undervolted @ 5V. I put a 120MM CoolerMaster LED fan, not the quietest by any means, but set it to run at 1069RPm. I can hardly here it, and it keeps my AMD 3200 at 31 Degrees Idle, and I never se...
