Lian Li vga ducts?
Hi all, I wonder if the vga ducts which come with some Lian Li cases can be bought separately? I mean, like the duct which comes with the PC-A10 case which seems to be using the similar opening that I have on my old Coolermaster Centurion 5 (the opening has square holes except for four holes which a...

Yep, they oohed and aahed over the mirror finish I dislike the mirror finish but the black chasis is a whole new ballgame (strictly subjectively speaking). If they would combine the regular P182 external look with the black interior and the exterior backside, that would be a winner! I just cannot b...

spiffy. More air flow most definately means something, but there's the concern that the extra vent will dump heat back into the case. I think I remember hearing that it was the second fans job to prevent this... I think I read somewhere that the 80 mm exhaust fan can actually make the air return to...

It doesn't seem to be an issue for you, but if you don't have a good audio card, the one on P5W (Realtek ALC882M) seems much better than the one on P5B (ADI Soundmax). I have this ADI solution on M2N-SLI and it's crap, at least with the current drivers. Some MP3s are great, some are rather distorsiv...

Thanks, ijozic. I didn't even know Thermaltake released an AM2 adapter for their Blue Orb. I've been bugging Zalman, but they have no intention of releasing one for their CNPS7000 but now that they have competition, maybe they'll rethink it ;-) In the meantime, looks like I finally have what I need...

I think it isn't related to the CPU cooler, becasue the clip of AMD stock cooler is more tighten than Freezer of other after-maket cooler. Yeah, what's up with that? It's so tight (especially that lever you have to push down after mounting the clips) I made the whole installation twice because I th...

Hmm, if you don't want to hassle with the whole RMAing, there are AM2 brackets Thermalright sells for their coolers (revA and revB). They both have three clips per side like the 939 bracket, but RevB has some additional attachment points for their XP series of coolers which might obstruct some other...

I had the 7700AlCu on the KN8 SLI and would use it still on my AM2 board if Zalman had put out an adapter so I can mount it. I liked it's rather low profile despite it's size, plus how it goes over the heatpipe cooling and RAM effectively cooling them in the process. This is something rare in today'...

apologies, you are correct that it is only for socket 939 :( Err.. Not completely true. There is (will be?) a new version with some adapters which is compatible with AM2. http://enthusiast.hardocp.com/image.html?image=MTE1MjU1NzUyN0ZodFdBcnhrdmZfNV80X2wuanBn Link to the whole review: http://enthusi...

This sounds rather bad. Did it come right off or did it snap during use (and collapse on the graphics card)? I was thinking of replacing that stock POS with Mini Typhoon (I'd change the fan, naturally) but it also clips at three points per side and AM2 has only one per side, plus it's even heavier. ...
