Have you considered putting a fan near your 9500GT just to rule out the possibility of your ram overheating? Because, to me it sounds like those giant TIFFs combined with no forced airflow whatsoever are the cause of your problems.

That looks pretty good. Why only cool the CPU passively and not the GPU and northbridge though? Especially with your suggestion of having an internal PSU things should overheat really quickly?
