At Tom's Hardware's notebook cpu charts -article they also comment MSI:s Fuzzy Board (and run it with 8800GTX). They seemed quite satisfied with the MB.

Any news on the DTX -front? I'm eagerly waiting on these MB:s to ramp up because I have a couple of case mods in my mind.. It will be really disappointing if this form factor is going to end up as same kind of flop as BTX. If Intel and AMD have both tried to evolve the contemporary system and failed...

I ended up getting Aerocools XFire -HSF with 120mm fan. Fits like a charm and is reasonably efficient, quiet and was also pretty cheap (36 euros).

Cool replacement HD (3,5", P-ATA) for Topfield TF5100PV
Hi all, I´m helping my dad to update the hard drive in his DVB-C receiver (Topfield TF5100PVRc). The reason for update is that the stock HD (160 GB) is starting to get full and it runs really hot. According the info I´ve found the replacement could be any kind of 3,5" P-ATA drive. The problem is t...

My initial reaction is why do you want/need a quad core CPU in a HTPC? I built mine using a fanless cooler on a T7200 core2duo mobile CPU, although if I was starting again I'd be tempted to base my selection around the board you've chosen and go for a regular C2D. The thing is that it is going to b...

Cpu Cooler for Antec Fusion and Abit Fatal1ity F-190HD Mobo
Hi everyone, I'm looking forward to assembling my first quiet-ish HTPC (I've done several traditional rigs though) in the following week or so. The components are following: - Antec Fusion -case (14(H) x 44.5(W) x 41.4(L) cm) - Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD Xpress1250 -motherboard - 1x 2048MB OCZ PC2-6400 (...
