So I replaced my old Nexus Value 430 with a Seasonic SS-460 and it ended up being louder than the Nexus. I would just like to say I'm a little disappointed in this article. Only a little. I was expecting something akin to opening up the monitor, dousing the offending parts in hot glue, lining the case with some sort of dampening rubber and then stuffing the empty space with cotton balls only to wrap it...
