Hey Wilba, what are you doing with the original Antec Tricool fans?

Xeons' are meant for the Enterprise. They usually are just for servers and top shelf workstations. The use ECC (error correction code) registered ram (search Google) which protect valuable data from memory errors. You wont find a Micro ATX board that uses Xeons, only Full ATX and Extended ATX boards...

I'm just guessing here, but could it be a conflict with the integrated or headphone autodetection forcing stereo? Also, what's the benefit of PCIE x1? Any information about the P182SE pretty much applies to the P182 since, its the same case!!

Sice you "only" got one GPU, and "only" two drives, they should fit easily in the P182/SE with no problems.

I do not play games, well not any new games, LOL look at my system specs!!

I do however play DVDs and lossy audio formats at a regular basis so a good soundcard is a must I guess.

Again, the fan used is an Antec Tricool LED. I used it because I had it already. The fan that came had a clicking noise at its operating RPM and its not adjustable in this fan (without modding of course). But maybe I just got a bad fan and you have better luck with it.

I have this item installed on a P180... on rails.

It works fine but the included fan makes a constant clicking noise. Crappy fan, nice solution for mounting a third 120mm fan in the front of a P180 case!
