Is the sample variance variance also smaller on the 92mm models, because they are made by a different manufacturer. I am trying to decide what case to buy, it has come down to two( 1 2 ) 120mm roun...

it seems that this model uses the same fan as the hx-series (AD1212HB-A71GL). in cold tests: "Yes, the fan moves some serious air and ramps steadily as the loads exceed 100W so it seems that the unit has both temp and load monitoring for the fan speed. Either that or the temp diode for the fan is lo...

Ok here are the links to chieftecs website:

CFT-650A-12B
CFT-650-14C
GPS-650AB A
CFT-500-G12S

its funny how the GPS-550AB A has lower efficiency and wattage but higher amperage on each "rail" than the GPS-650AB A.

i couldnt put them in the previous post because it was my first.

Chieftec's 80+ psus

Does anybody know who makes these chieftec 80+ psu-s or how quiet they are?

I have tried to find a review or a picture of its sticker using google, but cant find any.

CFT-650A-12B
CFT-650-14C
GPS-650AB A
CFT-500-G12S

Over here they are almost 50% cheaper than the 650w seasonic plus.
