Well, I would simply look for the one with best CFM and lowest noise ratio. So a roundup is the best for such but I believe nobody have done this yet. I know 60mm are not fans you buy for many reason like 120mm are.

I own a Tt Lanbox and may look into replacing the 2 x 60mm on the back if I can find info comparing them with some other 60mm offer.

All I know yet is they are 1800RPM, no CFM info.
