Re: Samsung F4EG 2TB - a few technical problems
I'm looking to buy one of these, and i have a question. Will the drive be auto-partitioned to use 4K sectors under Vista SP2?

A friend of mine just got a virus from one of your ads.
She's using IE8 with the latest updates, and still got hit. I'm using Firefox 3.6.3, and have not been hit.
Edit: It seems to have destroyed IE8 entirely.

Question about the SeaSonic SS-300ES
I'm going to buy a PS for my dad's PC, and I stumbled upon this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151055 It's got an 80 Plus certification, but I've never heard of it before. The PC it would be going in won't draw more than 100 watts at max. Is this a decent PS for a web brow...

I get the feeling that newer games should make more use of SLI, so the SLI performace gap between it and a single card should continue to grow. Right? Or not? It's not possible for a game to make more use of SLI, as it's basically a hack. >.> SLI has the ability to use two or three different render...

I've got about a 1,000 dollar limit, and I'm already at 900 or so, hence the reusing of an old case and the somewhat old(It actually came out in July, IIRC) CPU. However, given the new CPUs coming out next month, there's probably going to be a hell of a lot of price cuts. The motherboard I have sele...

I'm reusing an old eMachines case that doesn't suck. Its' airflow is pretty decent as far as I can tell. It's a fucking beauty to work in too. Here's a link: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/searchtools/item-detailsInactive.asp?Sku=E400-W2646%20OO I'm not using anything else from that system o...

How many case fans do you need?
I've been reading customer reviews of some of the recommended fans listed on the SPCR site at newegg, and people are talking about putting 6-8 Scythe S-Flex SFF21Es in their PC. This strikes me as overboard, to say the least. This is the PC I'm building: http://secure.newegg.com/NewVersion/wishlist/...

Where to buy a Seasonic S12-500?
I looked at the review for it here and it's just amazing. However, it's not at the usual places I go to, and I have little knowledge of reputable dealers on the internet. >.<

Actually, this one's more expensive. The one I had originally selected was an open box special, only 113 bucks. Damn good price for any 8600 GTS! I do plan on trying the rebate, but I doubt it will work. Never had good experience with rebates in the past... In the end, a totally silent PC isn't nece...

Hmm... I was unable to find any info on the video card using google(I really, truely suck at search engines. I do not know why.). The main reason I choose it is the price. I'll most likely replace it. I'm not buying the system for a few months(Just gathering data and and selecting parts beforehand),...

I'm going to build a system, and I need PSU advice.
This is the PSU I plan on getting: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16817171028 Its' specifications seem nice, but I'm unable to find a review for it online. So, I'm feeling rather unsure as to whether or not it's worth a crap. I've all three of my previous PSUs fry on me, and I do...
