I had a Q6600 clocked to 3Ghz with an Arctic Cooler Pro 7 in my P180 (version 2 I think). All my case fans where set to slow and that used to idle low 30's, and yes the cooler did blow towards the rear case fan.

I'm very pleased with mine, it's for a media center PC, so no gaming. I've found the Catalyst software to be far better than Nvidia's offerings and the cards also cured some annoying problems I had with my old Nvidia card as well.
