Intel has locked the minimum voltage to 0.95v for T2300
I bet my lappie could go far below that. Banias cores could go as low as 0.7v ( have 4 lappies with that)
yeah yeah... intel wants to sell LV and ultra LV processors hence the locks.

How about testing some of these "stable" UV's at load with a long-term stress test? As overclockers know, many systems appear stable and one could go weeks under normal use before demonstrative errors. Overclocks aren't accepted as legitimate without rigorous testing, nor should undervolts. Anythin...
