This is my 1st PC build.

I'm trying to install 3 Noctua NF-A14 case fans into Fractal R4 case. However, I'm completely confused on which screws to use:

1) Rubber screws that came with the fan
2) Metal screws that came with the fan
3) Metal screws that came with the Fractal R4

Would the Seasonic SS-660XP2 be enough wattage for the system rig I posted earlier? Would it be running around 40-60% maximum efficiency? I'm looking at grabbing the 660 tonight if I'm 100% sure the 660 can handle my components and I have room to spare.

I know that I won't use anywhere near 650 watts, much less 750 watts, but from all the reviews I've read, the Corsair HX/AX 750 and 850 watt PSU are of better quality and are quieter than the 650 models.
