It's got a 9.25 out of 10.
I'm relieved that it still has filters for the front, Since I couldn't tell whether it has it or not from earlier pictures.

For the Silverstone, does that front part just pull out easily? The Kama Bay is easy enough if the case uses drive rails--and the fan should be good enough to consider leaving or using somewhere else in the case. I'll find out tomorrow when I start using mine. I don't really understand about drive ...

Best dust filter setup for a 3x5.25 bay fan?
I'm interested in buying a Scythe Kama Bay or a Silverstone CFP51, but I'm struggling with some problems with both products regarding dust filters. The Scythe Kama Bay has a dust filter, but I don't know how to clean it conveniently. It looks like I have to either dismantle both side panels of my ca...

I prefer mirrored backups, but I don't like raid 1. I use ICEMirror to do it instead. With a bit of scripting and windows scheduler you can have it automatically sync once every day, every hour, or every minute invisibly. Also, The checking speed is really fast. it takes about a couple of seconds to...

It's only because it allows two coolers instead of one. When I said that I could get better performance, I was talking about pairing two slower cards. That doesn't make sense in terms of performance vs. cost or performance vs. energy consumption. You also need more space and other than very rare uA...

One of the biggest advantages I would find with SLI or crossfire is the fact that it's a lot easier to cool than just only having one thermally hot card. Mainly, the HD 4870 and the GTX 260 and up. I could get better performance than these two cards and still have the cooling fanless for example. B...

Personally, I wouldn't buy a gamer oriented headset. A normal high quality headset will do the job of gaming just fine, along with better music and movie capabilities. That is, if you don't need one with a microphone. The Xonar DX is a good sound card. I wouldn't recommend anything else, so it's fin...

I like the new Silent Cell cooler a lot more. I think it takes advantage of normal negative case temperature a bit more. The 9600 GT version is very similar to the the silent version that Asus is selling. I'm somewhat disappointed with the fact that there's no 9800 Silent versions. or any other 4850...

I think it's better if they made some refinements on their Orochi cooler and make it work with the 1366 socket. That cpu cooler was already really heavy. IMO, I think Scythe's trying to get higher performance with the easy and lazy way: "Just make it bigger". They should put more effort into researc...

if you are talking that XILENCE 600 Watts Smart Fanless PSU it might work similar way to antec phantom. I have that phantom and it operates completely fanless in every stress level (the fan doesnt kick in) in P182 with just noctua s12-1200 at 5v. I have C2D E6750 overclocked to 3,2 GHz and HD4870 c...

Then 600 watts is ideal for my computer then. Thanks.
I just found this: http://www.quietpc.com/gb-en-gbp/produc ... x-xp600-fl
It's not being sold anymore by QuietPC.

Is that so? I don't really think that 300 watts is adequate for my system. I don't want to buy a power supply that would be strained by the power consumption. I also wanted some headroom for some upgrades in the future. According to some websites, the recommended power is 750 and 850 watts for a syt...

I'm not sure if 400 watts is good enough for me, so I'll just keep it as an alternative option. Thank you. I'm not really asking for recommendations. Silent 600w Drive
I found a company who claims to have produced a 600 watt power supply that is semi-fanless. It's fan is turned off until a certain load is reached. http://www.xilence-power.com/ I'm a bit skeptical about it's quality. First of all, I couldn't find any reviews, and second, this is a rare item. What d...
