Why not just fan #2 and block the top vent, and a good quiet PSU below to cool the HDD. I would think the video card would be the noise maker. so running a 1200 sythe shouldn't be louder than that card. Thank you! My replacements were all 120mm Scythe Slipstreams rear: 800rpm top: 800rpm front: 1200rpm bottom: 1200rpm HR01: 800rpm (only running if I overclock more than 20% - QX9650) Noctua's should work equally well.
