:P

lol, for some reason when I saw this I just imagined it attached upside down on the ceiling, in the middle of the ceiling with a server board attached to it only. It's an alien mobo shrine! :P

Beware..

Edit: you could also do pull ups on it if its rendered useless.

YES

Thanks for all the comments and tips, both setups sound like they are good but negative sounds lower maintenance and most cases I've looked at have more exhaust fans than intake so the choice is obvious to me :P
Thanks again,

COSMOS COSMOS COSMOS

Thank you, I will take a look.

I just found a case by Coolermaster called Cosmos does anyone know how well it cools? It appears to only intake air from the bottom. It seems like another case that would work ok with what I want. Thanks for your help,

ok

So does that mean that if a negative pressure is used that dust will increase. I imagine that in a negative pressure system that air will be forced through every little crack that is not an exhaust fan or filtered intake.

Ok, thanks for the help guys. I am going to order a p182 next week. I'll get started on my rig and mod if I decide it's necessary. I'll post some updates and any more questions if I have them. Thanks,

v8

The tuniq tower was working good for me but that might have been the source of noise in my pc. The V8 was just a glance. I'll take a look at what you suggested. Are there any modding tutorials for the Antec P182?

P182

I am leaning towards the P182. Theres a few things though. Will installing the sound dampening material be easy, and if it can be installed will it get in the way of anything when doing cable management? Will it fit a 780i or 790i motherboard? Finally, I have been eyeing the CM V8 for the heatsink w...

hmm

I have considered modding but I have that phobia.. chassismodaphobia.. lol I amm willing to mod but I have never done it before. I would probably need a guide and lots of time, so I did it right the first time. Wouldn't want to mess up on a 100-200 dollar case.

p182

I have looked at the p182. It is a mid tower. Do you know if its predecessor the p190 is as good? I heard that the sound dampening properties are worse as the p182 is triple layered and the p190 is double.

The Perfect Chassis.. Does it exist?

Hello, I am new to the spcr forums, sorry if this is the wrong tab. I am starting my second build and after building my first rig I realized how important eliminating pc noise was. I was using an antec 900 and it was way too loud for me. So to start off my second build I am concentrating on the chas...
