old WD veloci vs new WD veloci or wd black?
I have a WD veloci 300gb hd from Dec 07 in my system and i can't stand the searching noise that it make almost constantly especially at night. With tax return money i was thinking of replacing it with a new one or a WD black. Would a new WD black be just as fast as my old veloci? It would be cheaper...

nope no early xmas gifts. finally setup smp properly on my amd x4 620 oc @ 3ghz. its been working very well. i have been looking to upgrade my 9600 gso to a gtx 460 or gts 450 but low on funds. Every now and then i let my gtx 295 fold. happy folding

Dell 2005fpw flicker
My friend gave me this monitor because it flickers a lot. it gets a picture but seems like the back light inverter is going out, or what ever its called. I have used the AGP 3850 with a P4 HT 3.2ghz and it did very well. I don't use the AGP powercolor 3850 any more and i have an extra XFX 9600 GSO 1gb 96 sp. Thanks, yeah i ended up buy the HR-01. and there is about 5mm between the top of the heat sink and the side panel.
