Apple IIGS HTPC
I just completed my first HTPC. I wanted a somewhat unique case, so I ended up using the case from an Apple IIGS. In fact, it was the same computer that I first used when I was a kid. The case fan(s) will probably be the loudest if you use small/fast fans. Depending on the CPU heatsink you use, it may be on par with the case fan in terms of noise, but even a lot of stock heatsinks aren't too loud.
