Highly suggest you reconsider the choice of motherboard. I think a Zotac GF9300-G/I/K-E+Celeron E3300/Pentium E5300 or Intel DH57JG+Core i3-530 with a SeaSonic S12II 380B or Corsair 400CX would give you more flexibility for the money.
