Re: Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme Plus GPU Cooler
What about the VRM cooling. One of the drawbacks of most aftermarket fan coolers is that they do not cool the VRM's enough. It seems like this would be a problem with this card also. I know this is addressed with some temperature values in the review, but could this become a bigger issue after exten...

Fan Orientation
I seem to remember reading that ball bearing fans are better than the scythe FDB fans if they are being used horizontally. Is this true? Or is it fine to use any bearing in any orientation?

Larger Fans?
I was just wanting to ask if SPCR was ever going to have a section reviewing larger fans than 120mm ones. I was wondering what the quietest 140, 200 even 230 mm fan was. It has been hard for me to find any information about the acoustics of fans of this size. Does scythe make any larger fans with th...

I have had my Solo since the core 2 duo first came out and I love the case. I really like the quality steel construction versus the aluminum of other cases. The thing I would change about the Solo echo what some others have said. 1. easier to remove/install power supply. 2. cutout in motherboard tra...

Mounting the rad in the front is a good idea but I am a little confused. What brackets are you referring to and what configuration to mount the rad in the front bays? Also can you give some examples of these cases you refer to? Also, I am somewhat concerned as to how mounting the rad in front would ...

I currently have my radiator mounted off the back of the case with a radbox. I want to try to have it on the inside to reduce the noise and plus to have a neater look. It seems like the few cases I have been able to find with 2 rear facing fans have also had a top fan or side fans. I want a case wit...

I was looking for a case with rear fans and no top fans. The reason for this is because it seems like it would be more quiet for the fans to be at the rear and thus farthest away from me as possible. With a roof radiator I would not be able to sit anything on top of my case. My current radiator also...
