well, there are quite a few cards nowadays that are borderline SPCR worthy, look at the DCuII cards from asus for example, the DCuII cards wont even get above the 40 DB(a) on full load. though the cards require triple slots >_> and that leads to another question for me, the i was planning to get a P...

CPU: Intel Core i7-2600k beastly processor adn way overpowered for almost anyone. get a i5 2500(K) instead of the i7, you're never ever gonna pull full load on both when using it for normal tasks.
