Ok, I now realise this thread is kinda dumb, as actually the TY-140 is also a PWM fan.
I've ordered an Akasa PWM splitter and another Gelid Silent 12 PWM, so hopefully I'll be able to run the 2 x Gelid and 2 x TY-140s off the CPU_FAN header.

Overclockers UK seem to do this cooler for a very reasonable £40. Their P&P charges are normally pretty high though.
