I agree with mikec, most the SSDs will consume very little power, with some exception like vertex3, i dont think it will matter much, i5 2400 + mobo will be the biggest drawers, but just in case you are instrested, seems Samsung 470 is among the lowest power consumption ssds, check NBR Lowest power...
