I'm using the Arctic MX-4 for both CPU and GPU. It keeps the temperature very low and cheap. :-p I've been using Arctic's thermal compounds for years already from MX-2

If the stock cooler is noisy, even you get the best case won't help a lot. but if you switch to other aftermarket cooler, the noise level would be much lower if you get a random case.

I would go for Freezer 7 pro rev.2. It's the best selling CPU in neweggs so it cant be wrong. lol
