ATI is fully 11.1 compliant but it turns out Nvidia is only part compliant when forced via a game API but alot of the 11.1 functions are missing as it's not native to the card. There has been a lot of complaints about false advertisements so some sites now have a small disclaimer and some of the man...

One annoying thing about the current Nvidia cards is apparently they are only DX11 even though they are listed as DX11.1 compatible.

There is a 640 but it's to underpowered.

Any off the shelf passive Nvidia 650 ti cards?

I see that the latest version of Accelero S1 PLUS now supports 650 ti cards to make them passive but i wondered if there was any retail passive cards.

Rosewill need to get their act together when it comes to exporting as you always see people in Europe complaining they can't get other Rosewill products such as their PC cases.
