Please can anyone tell me how much wattage is increased by overclocking just the hd4600 igpu in i7-4770k ?

Please help me out in my confusion :-

1) Is it possible to overclock the intergrated intel hd 4600 in a locked intel i7-4770s cpu ?

2) Can 256gb msata ssd be used as the only storage device the pc ? Can msata ssd be partitioned ?
