Just ordered this very undervoltable board. Take a good look at the BIOS screen shots near the bottom. Lots of clearance at the CPU socket. As many BIOS options as you could ask for since it's an overclocker's board.

How hot is the air exhausting out the back of the p/s? Not scientific but what is a fan for but to properly cool? If this air is much hotter than before, then your new fan arrangement isn't able to cool and you have a problem.
