Thank you boost for informing me of the Silverstone ML-03. It has vertical height of 10.5 cm. I'll do some more research on it.

Take a look at the 110 watt LIAN LI PC-Q09 (4.13" high) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112305 and/or or the 150 Watt LIAN LI PC-Q09F (4.72" / 11.9888 centimeters high).
