Yep, i have a mobile barton 2500+ and its default voltage is rated at 1.45v if i remember correctly. Mine is overclocked at 2.2ghz which is 3200+ equivalent speed (ithink might be 3600) and the minimum voltage it needs to run 100% stable is 1.675V which is still lower than most normal processors run...

Yeah shathal i thought that at first, the speed of a normal ATA bus far exceeds what any cd/dvd drive is currently capable of alone so there is no obvious advantage in sata cd drives. However i always say to ppl computing trends are very obvious to predict and i know for a fact that ata is going to ...

I think alot of you have misinterpreted the other watercooling websites significantly on the front of high pressure waterblocks+low pressure water pumps. Before the age of high pressure waterblocks came about, the talk was all about making your waterblock as low restrictive as possible. People found...

o-m-g i hardly ever come accross new innovations in watercooling like that that im amazed by so much (apart from when reading chyllds projects) and that waterblock made out of solid silver, but those pump/pumps are amazing! I have *got* to get me one of those... or maybe even two! The head on a sing...

I nevver miss the noises coming from my pc because at uni when i walk into the labs, i am reminded of the quiet bliss i have worked so hard for at home, it reminds me of just how much i love my pc and how quiet it is. My mate always says how jealous he is of my computer and he wants it badly! ehe, s...

now that is NICE! great news that kinda stuff for the world of silent computing, couple that as well with intels news that they are going to concerntrate more on mobile processors. Anyone know how many watts of heat the mini-itx boards pump out in comparison? Now all we need is a mini-itx sized amd ...

My computer is a 24/7 computer usually but whenever its off, i always leave the pump on even if its going to be a long period if time. I do this firstly because it dosent bother me and secondly as the majority of watercooling pumps are designed to go into fishtanks, theyre not built for the constant...

hmm if theyre restrictive, the worse thing you can do is couple it with a restrictive waterblock, 2 highly restrictive points in the system is going to annihalate flow. I think that a low restrictive, lower flow waterblock would go well with it as it works well in my system and also seems have to be...

Aah nice to know the ideas still being developed heavily. The eheim 1048 should be more than adequate, just make sure the waterblock isnt a restrictive type but more of a low restriction design, those are better fot the slightly lower flow watercooling systems. Also for the barbs, have you thought o...

Cool revivew maximus it definately tells me more about the reserator of which i am curious about. (i dont know why) 19.5 deg c is very low ambient for uk, with that ambient my wc setup does pretty well! What are your temps with more normal ambients like 21-22 deg c? Also how many hours was the syste...

Nice work chylld! BTW michael yeah i was justa bout to say the same too about using bigger barbs,at the moment i use a T line and a L as well, it is restrictive, but arguably i dont need that extra degree or 2 as my temps are already pretty amazing. Using bigger barbs is a good idea as theoretically...

Good work chylld! With all my watercooling experience, ive always seen the zalman reserator and been quite skeptical about it. I'd say a rather a good solid watercooling system put togeather well would easily outperform that thing in most aspects including quietness. In my experience anything with a...

toilet i really dont reccomend you to have 3 blocks in your loop! rethink that, every extra block will have severe effect on your cpu cooling effectiveness/efficiency. EG. think of getting zalman passive coolers for your gfx/hd if you can. Thats what i have done. not to mention its a lot less hassle...

Yeah i notied that a LOT actually on my old motherboard when i placed a fan over the cpu socket the reading would drop about 4-5 deg C! Anyway my motherboard lets me read both, the cpu socket currently reads 45 C and the cpu diode currently reads 42 C. A clear difference as you can see. Your ambient...
