I'm upgrading in a couple of weeks, and I'm probably going to go for a P4 setup, probably a P4 2.26B.
Should be able to get an Alpha PAL8942 Heatsink, along with a silent 80mm fan.
Plus a new Coolermaster 110 case with 4 silent 12db fans should help

You kidding, I live in the UK, that means 23C at the peak of summer, and generally very wet :) I followed you're excellent article on the Enermax modding, but I haven't got my silent fan yet, but so far so good. Need to silence my XP1700 + SK6 HSF
I'm currently running an XP1700, with a Copper Thermalright SK6 HS, and a Delta 60mm (loud!!) fan. I can't seem to find anywhere that sells silent 60mm fans, so would it be best to buy something like a Zalman fanmate, and just lower the voltage supplied to the Delta? I also have a Ys-tech 60mm, but ...
