silent computing can be fun but having a 5 foot tall tower heatsink in my computer doesnt make me feel comfortable cuz i do sometimes move my computer
if your computer is never gonna move, then go ninja, else dont

i guess i could tell that temp went up after like 2-3 months and i think their seemed to be less of paste? problem never camed back with as5

i think it would be safe with a good solid psu with high efficiency
i use the slow spinning papst 80 ngl on my zalman psu and no problemo

i didnt too had big difference in temp in beginning, but in the long term my as3 was bleeding so i was getting higher temp

hmmm.. for me.. the lesser fans.. the more happy i am, but i dont think i can go for less then 3 right now lol

i think its safe, because i used an even lower CFM fan then L1a on my zalman 400a, the papst 80ngl. it doesnt even spin up on cold start. dunno about long term effect though, ive been running it for a month. and if you have great airflow case, im pretty sure its safe. its all my opinions though

i have the zalman 400a.. almost the same thing as the b! it was quiet at beginning but the nmb fan under big load and high temp was getting more and more noisier. swapped it with a papst 80ngl low flow and now it's even more silent though air pulled by the fan isn't huge

i have moded my own zalman 400a with a super low flow papst 80NGL
