I have the FX-53 and an XP-90c with a Panaflo 92mm L1B - FBA09A12L1BX and with prime 95 have high temps in the low 50s. Venturing a guess he be about the same temps perhaps a bit higher.

I would kill for 70c for temps. After about 20 min of running rthdribl with my 6800gt my temps are in the low 90s and I am running everything stock.

I was wondering why in the world do PSUs have these big bulky heat sinks and fins. I would think it would be better to have the fins like those found on CPU and GPU coolers.

I was thinking running 2 sticks of 1G memory would be better than running 4 sticks of 512k memory. The thought is the air flow through them to cool them be better and 2 sticks would produce less heat than 4.

I am a big fan of lots of fast memory and been trying to find me some 2,2,2 merory for a 1G stick and can not seem to find any does it exist is there anything close out there?

The problem with that is you can only lower the voltage so far before the fan will no longer operate, in most cases to about half of the normal max speed/cfm and 50cfm is about the max you should really ever should need.

You can get the same components for less in other places (newegg isn't what it use to be) and I would suggest you take the money you save and get a gig of memory.
