So Mike, have you had a chance to test with a decent heatsink + a 92 or even 120MM case fan?

The obvious material to me would probably be a clothes dryer duct segment. They're designed to be thermally efficient to avoid waste heat escaping into the home, they're inexpensive, they're flexible, and they're big. I haven't seen much discussed extensively on systems that use case fans coupled with a duct or shroud over the CPU. Lots of OEM systems have these because they often provide more reliable cooling over an extended period of time, and they're also significantly less labor intensive to install. The oth...
