Yes, I'd like to know as well, for the same reason.

One key thing is that the more you have to stretch out the sleeve to fit cables inside, the more "see-thru" it becomes. I generally use sleeving a size larger than optimum to avoid this issue. They look a bit loose sometimes, but you'd probably never notice unless you were looking really close.
