My first Silent setup...
Ive been an overclocker for a long time so the term Silent and overclocking never seemed to work well together. Seems to me heatsinks, fans, and controllers have come a long way and I can now get the best of both worlds. Here is what I have done to my rig so far.. Vantec Nexus 3.5" bay 4-fan control...

I just orderd the Enermax Noisetaker 420W to replace my antec 430W true.. the main thing im looking for is less noise a...

Antec True 430W... not silent?
I currently have the Antec True 430 watt and feel that it creates teh most noise out of my system.. fitment question on lian li drive cage with noise isolation.
I had planned on giving these a try
http://www.directron.com/noisestrips.html
Will they fit between the drive and drive cage on my lian li 6070B? I have two raptors and a 200 gig I will be using these on.
Thanks for any advise!

Ok I read up on it... pretty neat idea. I think what I can do is use some pieces of silicone strips I have and lay them between the drive cage and the case.. there is a metal tab that fits into a slot that I can remove to eliminate a contact point. Two screws hold the drive cage down but I can use s...

Advice on my 6070B....
I purchased a 6070B about a week ago and need some help making it a little more quiet. I did use vantec stealth fans which I would have gone with panaflow or something else if I had joined this forum earlier. I do have them on a Nexus fan controller so they are quiet when turned down and still seem ...
