You should look at this thread regarding panaflo models. http://www.silentpcreview.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=30373&highlight=panaflo A rexus panaflo 7F06A73 -BX is unlikely to be quiet for a number of reasons. It's probably oem surplus stock, the chipset that provides rpm monitoring is not quiet, a...

Rexus, like scythe, is a relabeller. Scythe never mentioned that their minebea series were actually from nmb-mat's value line. Most likely, a rexus panaflo is a low spec version of a retail nmb-mat panaflo. Just out of curiousity, what is the production code? In this photo, the production code is lo...

If you are limited to what's already been reviewed by spcr, what contribution can you possibly make to the forum? Furthermore, because spcr relies on donated products for reviews, their recommended lists are far from comprehensive. You can't ignore the possibility that manufacturers hand pick sample...

You want an NMB-MAT FBA12G12L1A or FBA12G12M1A. The photo in the svc link shows an old panaflo model. It is most likely an oem model from years ago; you have no way of knowing where it came from. Purchase from Dorothy Bradbury or Digikey to make sure you are not getting rejects or oem surplus. The l...

Yes, unplug the adda fan from the psu circuit board and connect one of your fans to a molex connector from the psu. You will need a 4 to 3 pin adapter. The adda in the tx650 is a 2200 rpm high speed fan and it looks like your fan choices are low speed so I hope this solution keeps everything cool. I...

It's best to have 3 physical drives, not just 3 logical drives. When you open an image, photoshop is writing temporary files to a scratch disk. The OS uses disk space for page files. You can read/write data faster using three drives than one drive with three partitions. The scratch disk doesn't have...

This is a little late, but the kit pump does not have a variable speed control. I don't know what your setup is, but my swiftech mvp-655 has a variable speed control that works just fine at settings 1, 2 or 3. It is noiser at setting 5, however I'm sure there are other ways to control speed, and I b...

The fbk is a very old design. Read comments about it here: http://www.silentpcreview.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=39531&highlight= Also, hydro-wave bearings will have a much longer life span than a typical sleeve bearing. But regardless, both fans are extremely old and should be considered surplus rej...

Enheim pumps are not that powerful and consequently are not recommended for overclocked or restrictive systems. I believe they are 120v ac pumps - most people choose 12v dc pumps these days. I have a D5 and it could probably keep up with the best enheim at its lowest speed setting. Air bubbles are n...

Not good. Current models have blue labels, so if the picture is accurate, you will get a white label papst that's at least 4 years old. Furthermore, the leads have dual 4 pin connectors. Where did they get these things? New ones look like this - http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v732/glenngaryglenro...

The idea of "fighting for the same air" is suggested in this spcr review: nexus nx3500 120mm psu
Read section 7 - what about with a case fan? When the 80mm exhaust fan was turned on, psu noise went up by 2-3 dba.
